He was charismatic, charming and passionate about his faith. Rev. Charles Edmund Doudney just wanted to make the world a better place for everyone, so when World War One required clergymen to offer their services, he didn't shy away and joined the British Army, serving as a chaplain at the front, to the 18th Field Ambulance.
